The main differences in performance between PA6 and MC nylon lie in physical properties, processability, and cost. ‌

Physical property 
PA6 (Nylon 6): PA6 has high mechanical strength, tensile strength, and surface hardness, but its heat resistance is relatively weak. PA6 also has good wear resistance and impact resistance

PA12 is an excellent electrical insulator with good impact resistance and chemical stability

PA12:Used for water meters and other commercial equipment, cable sleeves, mechanical camshafts, sliding mechanisms, and bearings, especially suitable for applications that require high impact and oil resistance, such as oil pipes, bearings, seals, etc
