NYLON (MC ,PA6) Sheet & ROD
Nylon(MC&PA6)
The main differences in performance between PA6 and MC nylon lie in physical properties, processability, and cost.
Physical property
PA6 (Nylon 6): PA6 has high mechanical strength, tensile strength, and surface hardness, but its heat resistance is relatively weak. PA6 also has good wear resistance and impact resistance
MC nylon: MC nylon has higher mechanical strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance. It has a higher heat resistance and is suitable for use in heavy loads, high temperatures, and harsh environments.
Application area
PA6: Widely used in furniture casters, handcart casters, industrial equipment casters and other fields, suitable for general working conditions
MC Nylon: Suitable for occasions with higher performance requirements, such as heavy-duty logistics equipment, casters used in harsh environments, etc., it can maintain stable performance in heavy loads, high temperatures, and harsh environments
