HDPE Sheet & ROD
PE
Polyethylene (PE) is a thermoplastic resin obtained by polymerizing ethylene.
The polyethylene plastics we commonly use are high molecular weight polymers made by processing polyethylene resin with various additives.
-
HDPE has a high molecular weight, high density, good heat resistance, and can be used at temperatures ranging from -70 ℃ to 100 ℃. The performance is better than LDPE, but the impact strength is worse than LDPE, and the breathability is 1/5 of LDPE.
-
LDPE has poor heat resistance, solvent resistance, and hardness; Excellent electrical insulation, good flexibility, good impact resistance, and transparency; Has good breathability. The operating temperature is -50 ℃ -80 ℃.
-
UMHWPE has a high molecular weight, excellent wear resistance, high impact strength, good self-lubricating properties, excellent low temperature resistance, and chemical stability.
